DRAFT AGENDA ------------ Institute specific: From NWP side From each met institute a presentation on * Results of monitoring gb GNSS data agains NWP and observations. * Methods used and impact from use of gb GNSS data in NWP and now-casting. * Problems encountered of relevance to specifically use of gb GNSS data and to the quality of the gb GNSS data products available via E-GVAP. * Future plans regarding use of gb GNSS data at institute. * Issues that must be solved before operational use, or to improve impact. (not all bullets apply to all institutes) From geodetic/ZTD delay producing side. From each processing centre a presentation on * Processing centre setup (method, network,..) * Problems encountered in processing. * Issues Generel: - Supersites (Jon + ALL) - Update/discussion of `user requirements` - the set of requirements the meteorology side have given the GPS processing people about our `needs`. Currently they are defined mainly in an `WMO-sense`, based on extraction of information from other user requirements documents at WMO. Now that use of the GPS data has started there could be need for an update. (Henrik + ALL) - Detailing on the type of reporting that operational USERS of the delay data would like to see from the producers of the data (e.g. advance notifications about changes, flagging of less secure data, ...) and from the E-GVAP monitoring facility (e.g. messages to operators if monitoring discover problems with certain data). (Henrik + ALL) - Detailing of the type of reporting that the PRODUCERS of delay data would like to see from users at met offices, and from the monitoring performed at the E-GVAP validation site. When automatic feedback is being set up, which types of deviations should result in feedback? (Henrik + ALL) - Recommendations to be made on relative constraints? (Jon + ALL) - E-GVAP data hub: Good/bad/improvements.(Jon + ALL) - E-GVAP website: Good/bad/improvements. (Siebren + ALL) - EUMETNET EUREF MoU related issues (e.g., met data transfer to geodetic side) (Henrik + Siebren + ALL) - Report on developments in E-GVAP (Henrik) - E-GVAP workshop. Common with COPS project? When? (Henrik + ALL) - Time of next meeting. In connection with workshop? - Other NOTE> Because this is a joint meeting the institute presentations should include also some amount of basic information to aid the understanding by the 'other side'.
